This chocolate bar is made enterily with cacao from Alsonso Tapias beautiful plantation in El Castillo in southern Nicaragua. A place of tranquility as well as old cacao trees from before the world lost its collective spirit. A creamy extremely balanced bar with a mild acidity underscoring its cacao notes.
