This is the first of our "Artist Collection" - A beutiful 70% dark bar, proudly created for David Shrigley and Shrigshop. 
It is a blend of 3 different single varietal cacaos - Chuno (tripple turned), Indio Rojo & Nicaliso. The philosophy with this bar is to maximise flavour all through the taste journey - pedal to the metal!
